Grateful Gathering Wine Tastings
Our Private Group Online Wine Tasting is the best way to show your co-workers, clients, friends or family how thankful you are for them. Our Hospitality Host will be with you from start to finish during your Grateful Gathering.

What are the steps to my Grateful Gathering tasting?
An experienced Gracianna hosts lead your tasting! One of Gracianna’s Grateful Gathering Concierge will be your single point of contact hosting your tasting will be in touch with you prior to the tasting to manage all the details from wine choices to shipping kits to your team members. Your Concierge will hand off to your event host
My attendees live in various states. can you ship to them?
Yes! We can ship wine all over the US from the winery in Sonoma County. Your kits must ship at least 7 (X) business days for transit time to ensure that your recipients receive their wines before the event.
Can you ship during hot summer months?
Yes! During warm weather, we add ice packs to orders to stabilize the temperature of products during transit. A small upcharge will be included.
Is there a minimum order? Can I order just one kit?
The minimum order for a hosted event is 8 kits. For any orders under 8 kits, we would not include a virtual host. For parties less than eight contact us.
How long should I schedule for the tasting>?
Minimum for 8 people is 45 mins to an hour. Larger groups may take a little longer.
